タイ環境研究所が作成したGISデータで、タイ全土をカバーしています。縮尺1/250,000程度の精度を持ち、ESRI社製品であるArc/Info、ArcViewのデータ形式で提供されています。Thailand on a Discに収録されているデータ項目（地図情報および属性情報）は、以下のとおりです。

TDRI（Thailand Development Research Institute）が作成しているデータベースで、以下の5レベルで各種の地理情報が整備されています。

地理データは、GISソフトウェアベンダー大手の米国ESRI社や豪国Griffith大学に設置されたACASIAN（Australian Centre of the Asian Spatial Information and Analysis Network）等から購入することもできます。以下に、購入できるデータの実例を示します。

| Data Provider: ACASIAN Griffith University (http://www.asian.gu.edu.au/) Data Set Title: South East Asia: Thailand ADM1 Administrative Boundaries and Capitals Data Price: License Fee Order Options: Telephone Delivery Options: Download/Postal Coverage Area: Thailand Scale: 1:1,000,000 Publication Date: 1998 Data Set Description: Adminstrative boundaries and capitals at the first (Changwat) internal level for Vietnam as of 1997. 1995 population figures included. Work on the second internal level is in progress. Purpose of Data Set: For locating, geo-referencing and analysing attribute data or other information for Thailand at the ADM1 level. Fitted to Digital Chart of the World (DCW) coastline and international boundaries for uniformity and coherence, and to allow the use of other DCW data themes.
